Shipping

Shipping is $4.25 plus .25 per item within the US.  All items are shipped using USPS priority first class with tracking.  Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days once credit card authorization and verification has been obtained.  Your jewelry should arrive in 3-6 business days after it ships, depending on your location. Due to the Coronavirus, there may be shipping delays. Once the package has shipped, Beetky.com is not responsible for any package that is lost or stolen in transit or upon arrival.  All claims must be directed to the carrier responsible for your package delivery.

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your new jewelry. If, for any reason you are not, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will be happy to work out a solution with you. You may return or exchange most items for a full refund of the original price within 30 days of purchase.  Sorry, no refunds after 30 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable

For a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. 

To return your product, ship it to: Beetky.com, 2726 N Dayton St., Chicago, IL 60614.  You are responsible for shipping costs to return your item.

There are no returns or exchanges for SALE items and special orders. Beetky.com is not responsible for jewelry damaged or lost in transit.  All returned items must be properly packaged with padding to ensure against damage in transit.
